Milton "Milt" Hanlan is the owner of Sigma Contracting llc and guides the business by the principles of integrity, expertise and professionalism. He has over 30 years in the construction field along with an MBA in Project Management, and brings that knowledge to every project regardless of the cost or size. Aside from many years as the owner of a contracting company, Milt has also worked for several national home improvement retailers in a management capacity. He has also managed the construction of new homes for several Delaware home builders as a site manager.

 

We are a firm believer in giving back to the community and Milton has begun the grass roots effort of forming a non-profit to help provide training and education to those interested in pursuing a career in the trades.
